Affordable homes for long-term security

Hollingdrake House offers a genuinely affordable housing mix, with homes available through both social rent and Rent to Buy. This dual approach ensures that residents at different life stages can access a secure, high-quality home that meets their needs. Social rent provides stability and certainty for those seeking long-term affordability, while Rent to Buy supports those working towards home ownership. Together, these options create a more inclusive community, helping more people stay in Stockport, put down roots and build a stable future in a place they can truly call home.

Access to town centre living

Located just off the A6, the central spine of Stockport town centre, this development opens up access to town centre living for more people, combining affordability with quality housing. Residents can enjoy being part of a growing community, with opportunities to meet new people and feel a sense of belonging. With shops, cafés, green spaces and cultural destinations all within easy reach, alongside better connectivity to employment opportunities, the scheme supports a well-rounded lifestyle where home, work and leisure are closely connected.
