Stockport Exchange is one of the North West’s most successful new business destinations, delivered through a long‑term partnership between Stockport Council and Muse. Transforming the area around Stockport railway station, it has created a thriving commercial district defined by high‑quality Grade A office space and strong occupier demand. Buildings 1, 2 and 3 are fully delivered and home to major employers including Stagecoach, BASF, musicMagpie and HURST. From summer 2026, Vitality will relocate to Stockport Exchange, bringing more than 1,000 employees and further strengthening its role as a key employment destination.
